Public Kitchen & Bar (Queenstown)
I’m always impressed when restaurants bring out an allergy matrix/list! It makes it really easy and clear, and shows that they have organised processes in place for dealing with allergies. Public Kitchen & Bar was one of those places. In addition to being situated right on the water and close to the main shopping area, the food was delicious and they were able to cater for my kids’ allergies really well.
At the time we ate here, we need them to prepare meals that were: gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free, sesame-free, fish-free, and they did this really well.
